Presionados por una red de crimen organizado, Manuel y su hermano Óscar pasaron quince años en un negocio arriesgado pero lucrativo: ayudar a fugitivos a desaparecer fingiendo su muerte. Mediante procesos químicos, los dejaban al borde de la muerte, los enterraban y horas después los rescataban al otro lado de la frontera entre Argentina y Chile. Ahora, Manuel está jubilado, trabaja como médico rural y está a punto de ser padre. Pressed by an organized crime network, Manuel and his brother Óscar spent fifteen years in a risky but lucrative business: helping fugitives disappear by faking their deaths. Using chemical processes, they would leave them close to death, bury them, and then rescue them hours later on the other side of the border between Argentina and Chile.
